We expect that your products will be delivered within 5 working days, however they make take up to 7 working days.

Returns Policy

If you want to return the items you must do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Items purchased more than 30 days ago can not be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • We ship worldwide. Our website will indicate the shipping costs before checkout.

  • All items purchased will be charged in Euro

  • All prices are quoted in Euro.

  • For the exact conversion rate for your currency you will have to make contact with your bank or credit card provider.

  • Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods.

  • Online payment will be provided in a secure environment using Paypal as a gateway.

  • RETURNS POLICY

  • If you purchase online you have a statutory right to return goods up to 7 days after receiving your order. In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item, or to exchange it. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will make a refund (excluding delivery cost). All items returned must be in their original condition.

  • If a product is defective in any way or if the wrong item has been dispatched, please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for lost parcels. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by email to blondeeliving@gmail.com.
